Ashraf Sultan

the founder of the Entity Group, is a lawyer of cassation and supreme constitutional law. He is also a member of the Arab Lawyers Union and is recognized as one of the leading lawyers in the Arab Republic of Egypt, thanks to his remarkable performance in courtrooms at all levels.
Graduating from Asyut University in 1992, Ashraf Sultan possesses extensive experience spanning over thirty years in various legal domains, including civil, commercial, criminal, administrative, corporate laws, and family law. With a commendable track record of representing the interests of numerous companies in both courtrooms and arbitration sessions, he has earned the trust and respect of clients through his commitment to continuous and open communication, along with his comprehensive legal expertise.
His excellent reputation is a natural outcome of unyielding determination, a firm will, and ongoing dedication to excelling in the legal field, securing for him a distinguished position as one of the foremost lawyers in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Mustafa Sultan

co-founder of the Entity Group, he is a lawyer of cassation and supreme constitutional law, graduated from the Faculty of Law at Asyut University in 2005. He earned a Master's degree in Public Law in 2007 . In addition to his experience in Egypt, Mustafa has worked in the United Arab Emirates, serving as a legal consultant for several prominent offices in Abu Dhabi. He also held the position of Senior Legal Advisor for Abu Dhabi Media Company in Abu Dhabi for a duration of 11 years.

Mustafa possesses extensive practical experience in both the legal field of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. His expertise covers commercial, criminal, media-related cases, insurance matters, banking cases, administrative cases, and arbitration. He has handled legal issues related to construction and contracting, along with significant experience in civil law, labor and employment laws, personal status matters, and skillful representation of clients in all court proceedings. Additionally, he has significant experience in legal consultations and contract drafting.

مصطفى سلطان

الشريك المؤسس لمجموعة الكيان هو محامٍ بالنقض والدستورية العليا، تخرج من كلية الحقوق بجامعة أسيوط عام 2005، وحصل على درجة الماجستير في القانون العام عام 2007. بالإضافة إلى خبرته في مصر، عمل مصطفى في الإمارات العربية المتحدة حيث شغل منصب مستشار قانوني لعدد من المكاتب البارزة في أبوظبي. كما شغل منصب المستشار القانوني الأول لشركة أبوظبي للإعلام في أبوظبي لمدة 11 عام

Ahmed Raafat Sultan

a lawyer of cassation and supreme constitutional law, brings over 42 years of extensive legal experience to his role as the Executive Director of the Entity Group's branch in the Red Sea Governorate, specifically in Hurghada. He has also been appointed as a legal consultant for several companies and tourist resorts in Hurghada. Ahmed Raafat graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1978, and his legal expertise has garnered widespread recognition.
With a distinguished reputation, Ahmed Raafat is recognized as one of the top lawyers in civil, criminal, maritime, customs, and administrative cases. He also possesses significant experience in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as negotiations, mediation, and arbitration. His diligent work and continuous pursuit of knowledge have contributed to his professional excellence in other legal areas, including commercial law, construction, insurance, and real estate. Additionally, he demonstrates exceptional management skills, proficiency in implementing interim and executive procedures, and expertise in company establishment and trademark registration.

محامي بالنقض والدستورية العليا، يتمتع بخبرة قانونية واسعة تزيد عن 42 عامًا، ويشغل منصب المدير التنفيذي لفرع مجموعة الكيان في محافظة البحر الأحمر، وتحديدًا في الغردقة. كما تم تعيينه مستشارًا قانونيًا لعدة شركات ومنتجعات سياحية في الغردقة. تخرج أحمد رأفت من كلية الحقوق عام 1978

Ahmed has been a certified member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2006 and currently serves as the Executive Director at the Cairo branch of the Entity Group for Legal Consultancy. Ahmed is a significant figure within the group, holding a crucial leadership role. With extensive expertise, he offers guidance and recommendations to both corporate and individual clients in various legal domains, encompassing criminal, civil, commercial, banking, real estate, corporate laws, finances, insurance, labor, employment, and intellectual property.
Boasting over 15 years of professional experience in the legal field, Ahmed has successfully advocated for clients across different court levels. He is a member of the Arab Lawyers Union and holds accreditation from the Court of Appeals and the State Council in Egypt. His exceptional communication skills are evident in his ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and specialties

أحمد مصطفى سلطان

Mohamed Ahmed Ahmed

Mohamed obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Qena University in 2010 and embarked on his professional journey in the field of law. He gained significant legal experience in litigation and legal consultancy by working with various law firms and legal entities in the Arab Republic of Egypt. In 2013, Mohamed began his legal career in the United Arab Emirates, serving as a legal consultant for several law firms. This allowed him to acquire comprehensive knowledge of legal practices, along with a thorough understanding of the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Mohamed plays a crucial and effective role in our Abu Dhabi branch, having accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in drafting memoranda, pleadings, and appeals at various court levels. His expertise extends to commercial and labor disputes, personal and criminal matters, corporate cases, as well as drafting contracts and agreements in both Arabic and English. He provides precise legal consultations addressing various legal complexities.

محمد أحمد أحمد

حصل محمد على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة قنا في عام 2010 وبدأ مسيرته المهنية في مجال القانون. اكتسب خبرة قانونية كبيرة في مجال التقاضي والاستشارات القانونية من خلال العمل مع العديد من مكاتب المحاماة والكيانات القانونية في جمهورية مصر العربية. في عام 2013، بدأ محمد مسيرته القانونية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، حيث عمل كمستشار قانوني للعديد من مكاتب المحاماة، مما أتاح له اكتساب معرفة شاملة بالممارسات القانونية وفهمًا دقيقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

Abdul Latif Ahmed

a lawyer and legal consultant, graduated from Asyut University in 2015, obtaining his Bachelor of Laws degree. He has experience in various types of cases in the Arab Republic of Egypt, including civil, commercial, criminal, personal status for Muslims and others, and family disputes. He was assigned as a legal consultant for the branch office in the United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi branch, gaining extensive practical experience in the legal field and court procedures in both countries, along with a thorough understanding of legal consultations.

Abdul Latif holds the position of Legal Consultant at the Abu Dhabi branch office in partnership with KBM Law and Legal Consultancy. He is known for his quick execution of assigned tasks and his ability to adapt to the pressures and requirements of the legal profession.

عبداللطيف أحمد

عبد اللطيف هو محامٍ ومستشار قانوني، تخرج من جامعة أسيوط في عام 2015 وحصل على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون. لديه خبرة في مختلف أنواع القضايا في جمهورية مصر العربية، بما في ذلك القضايا المدنية والتجارية والجنائية والأحوال الشخصية للمسلمين وغيرهم، وكذلك النزاعات الأسرية. تم تعيينه كمستشار قانوني في مكتب أبوظبي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، حيث اكتسب خبرة عملية واسعة في المجال القانوني وإجراءات المحاكم في كلا البلدين، بالإضافة إلى فهم عميق للاستشارات القانونية.

Hossam Mohamed Hashem, Attorney

Hossam graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Asyut University in 2007, initiating his professional career in law in the Arab Republic of Egypt. He is a certified lawyer registered with the Egyptian Bar Association at the appellate level. Hossam gained extensive legal experience handling diverse cases across various legal fields, accumulating substantial expertise in litigation and legal consultations.
In 2010, Hossam started working in the United Arab Emirates, serving as a legal consultant for several law firms. This experience has provided him with comprehensive knowledge of UAE laws. Currently registered as a legal consultant with the Legal Affairs Department in Dubai, Hossam is an integral member of the Entity Group, where he holds the position of Executive Director at the Dubai branch in the United Arab Emirates. He has acquired significant knowledge and experience in drafting memoranda, pleadings, and appeals at various court levels. His expertise extends to commercial and labor disputes, personal and criminal matters, corporate cases, arbitration, and drafting contracts and agreements in both Arabic and English. Hossam excels in providing precise legal consultations addressing various legal complexities.
